This Privacy Policy explains how Fafacodes (operated by Fafa Modey, fafa.codes) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or submit a form. This is a personal brand website — no advertising networks, no tracking pixels, and no data is ever sold.

Event waitlist form

When you join an event waitlist, you provide your email address. This is also processed by Netlify Forms and used only to notify you about the specific event you signed up for.

Information I do not collect

This site does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts. No account registration is required. No payment data is handled on this site — purchases link out to external platforms.

3. Third-party services

Google Fonts

Substack

Blog post previews are fetched from the Substack RSS feed at build time — no data about you is sent to Substack when you visit this site. If you follow a link to a post, Substack's own privacy policy applies.

Form submissions are retained in Netlify Forms until manually deleted. If you would like your submission removed, please contact me at the address below and I will delete it promptly.
